Dog Walking Services in Rushden & Higham Ferrers

Caring, reliable dog walking tailored to your dog’s unique needs. From relaxed local strolls to enriching group sessions and safe off-lead paddock runs, every walk is designed to keep your dog happy, fulfilled, and well cared for.

Overview of services

Every dog is different, which is why I offer a range of walking options to suit their personality, energy levels, and confidence. Whether your dog thrives on one-to-one attention, enjoys social time with others, or needs a safe space to run freely, each walk is built around their wellbeing, enrichment, and enjoyment.

Solo Walks

Perfect for dogs who prefer one-to-one attention or need a calmer, more personalised experience. I’ll walk your dog locally, tailoring the pace and style to suit them; whether that’s a gentle stroll with plenty of time to sniff and explore, or a more active walk to burn off energy. I’m also happy to support any training you’re working on or introduce new skills along the way.

Solo Paddock Runs

For dogs who love to run freely or benefit from a secure environment, these sessions take place in a private paddock with no public access. This means your dog can safely enjoy off-lead time without the worry of unfamiliar dogs or people. It’s ideal for nervous or reactive dogs, as well as those needing a safe space to build confidence, practise recall, and enjoy enriching activities like scent work and agility.

45 minutes – £20
60 minutes – £24
Additional dog from the same household: +£8 per dog

Please note: your dog will be out of the home for approximately 60–90 minutes to allow for travel.

Group Walks (Private Paddock)

A wonderful balance of socialisation, play, and calm learning. These small group sessions (up to 6 dogs) take place in the secure paddock, giving dogs the freedom to interact safely while learning how to behave calmly around others. We incorporate recall, impulse control, and enrichment games to ensure the experience is both fun and beneficial. Group walks are best suited to dogs who are comfortable around others and do not display reactivity or resource guarding. A trial walk can be arranged to ensure the right fit for everyone.

45 minutes – £16
Additional dog from the same household: +£9 per dog

Dogs may be out of the home for up to 2 hours including travel. Regular weekly attendance is required to maintain consistency.

Adventure Walks

Available on weekends and holidays, these longer walks are perfect for dogs who love to explore. We’ll head out to local fields, woodlands, country parks, or even busier environments depending on your dog’s needs. These sessions combine physical exercise with training and enrichment, making them ideal for building confidence, focus, and real-life skills.
